For membership:

 

There are two ways to join SDAD membership.  

1) Membership Form:  Click to open the SDAD membership form, Type your information and print or print the form and fill out the information.  Mail the form with the check or money order. If you are wife and husband and have two separate email addresses, please put down both email address.

 

2) Pay Membership Online:  Type your information online and make a payment.  If you are wife and husband and have two separate email address, use the email address you use the most.  The SDAD Treasurer will contact you to get the second email address.
